(1) A humanitarian residence permit shall be cancelled and shall not be extended by governorships, subject to the approval of the Ministry, when the conditions requiring the granting of the permit cease to exist.

MADDE 47 · İnsani ikamet izninin iptali veya uzatılmaması
(1) İnsani ikamet izni Bakanlığın onayı alınmak kaydıyla, iznin verilmesini zorunlu kılan şartlar ortadan kalktığında valiliklerce iptal edilir ve uzatılmaz.
