(1) The following conditions shall be required for a student residence permit:
a) Presenting the information and documents within the scope of Article 38
b) Not falling within the scope of Article 7
c) Providing information on the address at which he or she will stay in Türkiye

MADDE 39 · Öğrenci ikamet izninin şartları
(1) Öğrenci ikamet izninde aşağıdaki şartlar aranır:
a) 38 inci madde kapsamındaki bilgi ve belgeleri ibraz etmek
b) 7 nci madde kapsamına girmemek
c) Türkiye’de kalacağı adres bilgilerini vermek
