The provisions of the Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for the Collection of Public Receivables shall apply to the fines to be imposed on natural and legal persons under this Law and to the receivables required to be collected pursuant to the decisions taken under Article 1.

Bu Kanuna göre gerçek ve tüzelkişiler hakkında hükmolunacak para cezalarıyla 1 inci maddeye göre alınan kararlar uyarınca tahsili gereken alacaklar hakkında 6183 sayılı Amme Alacaklarının Tahsil Usulü Hakkında Kanun hükümleri uygulanır.
