The persons concerned shall be obliged to carry out immediately the notifications made and the orders given by the collection offices under this Law and to report the outcome to the collection office without delay.
Those who fail to fulfil this obligation without a valid excuse shall be prosecuted directly by the Office of the Public Prosecutor in accordance with the general provisions.

MADDE 6
Tahsil dairelerince bu kanuna göre yapılan tebliğ ve verilen emirleri derhal yapmaya ve neticesini geciktirmeksizin tahsil dairesine bildirmeye alakadarlar mecburdurlar.
Makbul bir özre dayanmadan bu mecburiyeti ifa etmiyenler hakkında Cumhuriyet Savcılığınca umumi hükümlere göre doğrudan doğruya takibat yapılır.
