Article 14

Part One: General Principles › Chapter One: Scope of the Law, terms, officers charged and competent persons

Property attached as a precaution may be left with the debtor on condition that it is surrendered in cash or in kind whenever requested and, in order to secure this, that the value of the property is deposited or that a person domiciled in the place where the collection office is located is offered as joint and several surety; and where the property has been attached in the hands of a third party, it may be left with that third party upon obtaining a written undertaking.

İhtiyaten haczolunan mallar istenildiği zaman para veya ayın olarak verilmek ve bu hususu temin için malların kıymetleri depo edilmek yahut tahsil dairesinin bulunduğu mahalde ikametgah sahibi bir şahıs müteselsil kefil gösterilmek şartiyle borçluya ve mal üçüncü şahıs yedinde haczolunmuşsa bir taahhüt senedi alınarak kendisine bırakılabilir.
