Enforcement proceedings shall be carried out by the local collection office of the creditor public administration.
Where the debtor or his property is located in other places, the collection office shall have the proceedings to be conducted in the place where the debtor or his property is located carried out, on its behalf, by the collection offices of the public administration of the same kind in that place.

Takibat, alacaklı amme idaresinin mahalli tahsil dairesince yapılır.
Borçlu veya malları başka mahallerde bulunduğu takdirde, tahsil dairesi borçlunun veya mallarının bulunduğu mahalde yapılacak takipleri o mahaldeki aynı neviden amme idaresinin tahsil dairelerine niyabeten yaptırır.
