Article 215: Asking for comments after a hearing or reading

Book Three: Prosecution Stage › Part One: Conduct of the Public Action › Chapter Four: Presentation and Discussion of Evidence

(1) After the hearing of an accomplice, a witness or an expert and the reading of any document, the intervening party or his or her representative, the public prosecutor, the accused and the defence counsel shall be asked whether they have anything to say in response.

MADDE 215 · Dinleme ve okumadan sonra diyeceğin sorulması

(1) Suç ortağının, tanığın veya bilirkişinin dinlenmesinden ve herhangi bir belgenin okunmasından sonra bunlara karşı bir diyecekleri olup olmadığı katılana veya vekiline, Cumhuriyet savcısına, sanığa ve müdafiine sorulur.
