Article 219: Hearing record

Book Three: Prosecution Stage › Part One: Conduct of the Public Action › Chapter Five: Hearing Record

(1) A record shall be kept of the hearing. The record shall be signed by the presiding judge of the court or the judge and by the court clerk. Where the proceedings at the hearing are recorded by technical means, these recordings shall be converted without delay into a written record and signed by the presiding judge of the court or the judge and by the court clerk.

(2) If the presiding judge of the court has an excuse, the record shall be signed by the most senior of the members.

MADDE 219 · Duruşma tutanağı

(1) Duruşma için tutanak tutulur. Tutanak, mahkeme başkanı veya hâkim ile zabıt kâtibi tarafından imzalanır. Duruşmada yapılan işlemlerin teknik araçlarla kayda alınması halinde, bu kayıtlar vakit geçirilmeksizin yazılı tutanağa dönüştürülerek mahkeme başkanı veya hâkim ile zabıt kâtibi tarafından imzalanır.

(2) Mahkeme başkanının mazereti bulunursa tutanak, üyelerin en kıdemlisi tarafından imzalanır.
