(1) How the hearing was conducted, and whether it was conducted in accordance with the procedures and principles laid down by law, may be proven only by the record. Only an allegation of forgery may be raised against the record.

MADDE 222 · Duruşma tutanağının ispat gücü
(1) Duruşmanın nasıl yapıldığı, kanunda belirtilen usul ve esaslara uygun olarak yapılıp yapılmadığı, ancak tutanakla ispat olunabilir. Tutanağa karşı yalnız sahtecilik iddiası yöneltilebilir.
