The lessee may neither sublet the leased property to another person nor transfer the right of use and operation to another person without the consent of the lessor. However, the lessee may let certain premises located in the leased property, provided that this does not require a change causing damage to the lessor.
The rules on subleases shall apply by analogy to such lease contracts concluded by the lessee with another person.

MADDE 366 · F. Alt kira ve kullanım hakkını devir yasağı
Kiracı, kiraya verenin rızası olmaksızın kiralananı başkasına kiraya veremeyeceği gibi, kullanım ve işletme hakkını da başkasına devredemez. Ancak kiracı, kiralananda bulunan bazı yerleri, kiraya veren için zarar doğuracak bir değişikliği gerektirmemek koşuluyla kiraya verebilir.
Kiracının, başkasıyla yaptığı bu kira sözleşmelerine, alt kiraya ilişkin kurallar, kıyas yoluyla uygulanır.
