The partners of the deceased lessee, or the heirs of these partners carrying on the same profession or trade, and those who lived in the same residence with the deceased lessee, may continue the lease contract as parties, as long as they comply with the contract and the provisions of law.

MADDE 356 · 6. Kiracının ölümünde sözleşmenin sürdürülmesi
Ölen kiracının ortakları veya bu ortakların aynı meslek ve sanatı yürüten mirasçıları ve ölen kiracı ile birlikte aynı konutta oturanlar, sözleşmeye ve kanun hükümlerine uydukları sürece, taraf olarak kira sözleşmesini sürdürebilirler.
