Article 90: I. Obligation without a fixed period

Chapter Two: Effects of Obligations › Division One: Performance of Obligations A. In general

Unless the time of performance has been agreed by the parties or is inferred from the nature of the legal relationship, every obligation shall become due as soon as it arises.

İfa zamanı taraflarca kararlaştırılmadıkça veya hukuki ilişkinin özelliğinden anlaşılmadıkça her borç, doğumu anında muaccel olur.
