Article 101: a. According to the declaration of the debtor and the creditor

Chapter Two: Effects of Obligations › Division One: Performance of Obligations A. In general

A debtor who has several debts may, on the date of payment, notify the creditor which of those debts he or she wishes to pay.

If the debtor does not make such a notification, the payment made shall be deemed to have been made for the debt indicated by the creditor in the receipt, unless the debtor objects immediately.

MADDE 101 · a. Borçlu ve alacaklının bildirimine göre

Birden çok borcu bulunan borçlu, ödeme gününde bu borçlardan hangisini ödemek istediğini alacaklıya bildirebilir.

Borçlu bildirimde bulunmazsa, yapılan ödeme, kendisi tarafından derhâl itiraz edilmiş olmadıkça, alacaklının makbuzda gösterdiği borç için yapılmış sayılır.
