Article 91: 1. Due date for periods relating to months

Chapter Two: Effects of Obligations › Division One: Performance of Obligations A. In general

Where the beginning or end of a month has been specified for the performance of an obligation, this shall be understood as the first and the last day of the month; where the middle of the month has been specified, this shall be understood as the fifteenth day of the month.

Where only the month has been specified for the performance of an obligation without indicating a day, this shall be understood as the last day of that month.

MADDE 91 · 1. Aya ilişkin sürelerde vade

Borcun ifası için bir ayın başlangıcı veya sonu belirlenmişse, bundan ayın birinci ve sonuncu günü; ayın ortası belirlenmişse, bundan da ayın onbeşinci günü anlaşılır.

Borcun ifası için gün belirtilmeksizin sadece ay belirlenmişse, bundan o ayın son günü anlaşılır.
