Under this Law;
a) failing to fulfil the obligations under paragraph 2 of Article 92,
b) failing to comply with the prohibitions under Article 96,
an employer or employer's representative shall be subject to an administrative fine of eight thousand Turkish Liras.
Persons who, during the performance by labour inspectors of their duties pursuant to any kind of inspection and supervision powers and duties arising from this Law or other laws, obstruct the performance and completion of their duties shall, provided that the act does not constitute an offence, be subject to an administrative fine of eight thousand Turkish Liras.

MADDE 107 · İş hayatının denetim ve teftişi ile ilgili hükümlere aykırılık

Bu Kanunun;
a) 92 nci maddesinin ikinci fıkrasındaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmeyen,
b) 96 ncı maddesindeki yasaklara uymayan,
işveren veya işveren vekiline sekizbin Türk Lirası idarî para cezası verilir.
İş müfettişlerinin bu Kanundan veya diğer kanunlardan doğan her çeşit teftiş, denetleme yetki ve görevleri gereğince görevlerinin yerine getirilmesi sırasında, görevlerini yapma ve sonuçlandırmaya engel olan kimselere, fiil suç oluşturmadığı takdirde, sekizbin Türk Lirası idarî para cezası verilir.
