(1) The expert is obliged to perform in person the duty assigned to him or her by the court and may not leave the performance of that duty, in part or in whole, to another person.

MADDE 276 · Bilirkişinin görevini bizzat yerine getirme yükümlülüğü
(1) Bilirkişi, mahkemece kendisine tevdi olunan görevi bizzat yerine getirmekle yükümlü olup, görevinin icrasını kısmen yahut tamamen başka bir kimseye bırakamaz.
