Article 296: Voting on the judgment and required majority

Part Five: Judgment and Acts of the Parties Terminating the Action › Chapter One: Judgment

(1) In collegiate courts, the deliberation on the judgment shall be directed by the presiding judge of the court. After the deliberation, the presiding judge shall take the vote of each member separately, starting with the most junior member participating in the deliberation, and shall declare his or her own vote last.

(2) The judgment may also be rendered by majority vote.

MADDE 296 · Hükmün oylanması ve yeter sayı

(1) Toplu mahkemelerde hüküm hakkındaki müzakereyi mahkeme başkanı idare eder. Müzakere yapıldıktan sonra, başkan, müzakereye katılan en kıdemsiz üyeden başlayarak her üyenin ayrı ayrı oyunu alır ve en son kendi oyunu açıklar.

(2) Hüküm, oy çokluğu ile de verilebilir.
