Chapter Six: Time Limits, Restoration to the Previous State and Judicial Recess › Division Two: Restoration to the Previous State
(1) Restoration to the previous state shall be requested by petition. The petition shall set out the grounds on which the request is based, together with the evidence or indications thereof. The act that could not be performed in due time must also be performed within the time limit prescribed for requesting restoration to the previous state.

(1) Eski hâle getirme, dilekçeyle talep edilir. Dilekçede, talebin dayandığı sebepler ile bunların delil veya emareleri gösterilir. Süresinde yapılamayan işlemin de eski hâle getirme talebinde bulunmak için öngörülen süre içinde yapılması zorunludur.
