Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004

Article 42

Compulsory enforcement concerning the payment of money or the provision of security shall commence with a request for proceedings and shall be conducted by way of attachment, realisation of a pledge or bankruptcy.

MADDE 42

Bir paranın ödenmesine veya bir teminatın verilmesine dair olan cebri icralar takip talebiyle başlar ve haciz yoliyle veya rehnin paraya çevrilmesi yahut iflas suretiyle cereyan eder.
