Part Four: Procedure in Examinations and Inquiries of the Board
Decisions of the Board shall be taken as a result of confidential deliberation and shall be pronounced publicly. No Member of the Board may abstain from voting. Members who were present at the oral hearing are obliged to participate in the deliberations, except those having an excuse.

Kurul kararları gizli görüşme sonucu alınır ve alenen tefhim edilir. Hiçbir Kurul Üyesinin oyu çekimser olamaz. Görüşmelere mazeretli olanlar dışında sözlü savunma toplantısında hazır bulunmuş olan üyelerin katılmaları zorunludur.
