Amended paragraph 1: 19/6/1984, Decree-Law No. 240; adopted without amendment: 7/11/1984, Law No. 3073, Art. 6 Turkish citizens who wish to travel together as a group and who form a group of at least 5 persons shall, if they so request, be issued an ordinary joint passport.

These passports shall be drawn up in the same manner as ordinary individual passports, with the addition of a list containing the photographs of the members of the group.
Persons who leave the group while travelling with this passport are obliged to obtain a separate passport.

Passports to be issued to persons whose travel is established to be of a nature that will provide a cultural, commercial or social benefit for Türkiye, and to teachers, students and athletes who will travel as a group, with the permission of the Ministry of National Education, in order to carry out scientific research or to participate in sports contacts and competitions to be held in foreign countries, are not subject to any fee.

(Değişik birinci fıkra: 19/6/1984 - KHK 240; Aynen kabul: 7/11/1984-3073/6 md.) Toplu bir halde yolculuk etmek isteyen ve en az 5 kişilik bir kafile teşkil eden Türk vatandaşlarına istedikleri takdirde umuma mahsus müşterek pasaport verilir.
(Değişik: 19/6/1984 - KHK 240; Aynen kabul: 7/11/1984 - 3073/6 md.) Bu pasaportlar verildiği tarihten itibaren 3 ay, 6 ay ve 1 yıl muteber olmak üzere düzenlenir.
Bu pasaportlar umuma mahsus münferit pasaportlar gibi, kafileyi teşkil edenlerin fotoğrafilerini havi bir listenin ilavesi suretiyle tanzim olunur.
Bu pasaportla seyahat halinde kafileden ayrılanlar ayrıca pasaport almaya mecburdurlar.

Seyahatleri Türkiye için kültürel, ticari veya sosyal bir menfaat temin edecek mahiyette bulunduğu sabit olanlarla Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının müsaadesiyle ilmi tetkiklerde bulunmak veya yabancı memleketlerde yapılacak spor teması ve müsabakalarına iştirak etmek üzere kafile halinde gezi yapacak öğretmen, öğrenci ve sporculara verilecek pasaportlar hiçbir harca tabi değildir.
