(1) The hearing shall be open to everyone.
(2) In cases where public morals or public security strictly require it, the court may decide that part or all of the hearing be held in camera.
(3) The reasoned decision on holding the hearing in camera, together with the judgment, shall be announced in open hearing.

MADDE 182 · Duruşmanın açıklığı
(1) Duruşma herkese açıktır.
(2) Genel ahlâkın veya kamu güvenliğinin kesin olarak gerekli kıldığı hâllerde, duruşmanın bir kısmının veya tamamının kapalı yapılmasına mahkemece karar verilebilir.
(3) Duruşmanın kapalı yapılması konusundaki gerekçeli karar ile hüküm açık duruşmada açıklanır.
