Operators shall have a right of retention over belongings or animals left with them or placed in their accommodation premises, garages, car parks and similar places, in order to secure their charges or their claims arising from storage expenses.
The provisions on the lessor's right of retention shall also apply here by analogy.

MADDE 580 · III. Hapis hakkı
İşletenler, kendilerine bırakılan veya konaklama yerlerine, garaj, otopark ve benzeri yerlere konulan eşya veya hayvanlar üzerinde, ücretlerini veya saklama giderlerinden doğan alacaklarını güvenceye almak için hapis hakkına sahiptirler.
Kiraya verenin hapis hakkına ilişkin hükümler, kıyas yoluyla burada da uygulanır.
