Temporary employment relationships established before the date of publication of the Law introducing this article, pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 7, by way of temporarily assigning an employee to another employer to perform work, on condition that the employee is employed in work similar to the work he or she was performing, shall continue for the duration of their contracts.

Bu maddeyi ihdas eden Kanunun yayımı tarihinden önce 7 nci maddenin birinci fıkrası uyarınca bir işçinin yapmakta olduğu işe benzer işlerde çalıştırılması koşuluyla başka bir işverene iş görme edimini yerine getirmek üzere geçici olarak devredilmesi suretiyle kurulmuş bulunan geçici iş ilişkileri, sözleşmelerinin süresince devam eder.
