Additional Article 2: Leave for personal reasons

Chapter Nine: Miscellaneous, Transitional and Final Provisions

The employee shall be granted three days of paid leave in the event of his or her marriage or adoption of a child, or the death of his or her mother or father, spouse, sibling or child, and ten days of paid leave in the event that his or her spouse gives birth.

For the treatment of an employee's child who has a disability of at least seventy percent or a chronic illness, paid leave of up to ten days within one year, taken at once or in parts, shall be granted on the basis of a medical report, provided that it is used by only one of the working parents.

EK MADDE 2 · Mazeret izni

İşçiye; evlenmesi veya evlat edinmesi ya da ana veya babasının, eşinin, kardeşinin, çocuğunun ölümü hâlinde üç gün, eşinin doğum yapması hâlinde ise on gün ücretli izin verilir.

İşçilerin en az yüzde yetmiş oranında engelli veya süreğen hastalığı olan çocuğunun tedavisinde, hastalık raporuna dayalı olarak ve çalışan ebeveynden sadece biri tarafından kullanılması kaydıyla, bir yıl içinde toptan veya bölümler hâlinde on güne kadar ücretli izin verilir.
