(1) Any person who negligently causes the death of a human being shall be punished with imprisonment from two to six years.
(2) Where the act has caused the death of more than one person, or the death of one or more persons together with the injury of one or more persons, the person shall be punished with imprisonment from two to fifteen years.

MADDE 85 · Taksirle öldürme
(1) Taksirle bir insanın ölümüne neden olan kişi, iki yıldan altı yıla kadar hapis cezası ile cezalandırılır.
(2) Fiil, birden fazla insanın ölümüne ya da bir veya birden fazla kişinin ölümü ile birlikte bir veya birden fazla kişinin yaralanmasına neden olmuş ise, kişi iki yıldan onbeş yıla kadar hapis cezası ile cezalandırılır.
