Part Eight: Miscellaneous Provisions
Those disputes arising from this Law which must be resolved by the ordinary (civil) courts shall be heard by the civil courts of first instance of the place where the immovable property is located, under the simple procedure.

MADDE 37 · Yetkili ve görevli mahkeme ve yargılama usulü
Bu Kanundan doğan tüm anlaşmazlıkların adli yargıda çözümlenmesi gerekenleri, taşınmaz malın bulunduğu yer asliye hukuk mahkemelerinde basit yargılama usulü ile görülür.
