Part Eight: Miscellaneous Provisions
In actions brought before the entry into force of this Law, time limits for actions which began to run under the laws in force on the day the action was brought shall be determined in accordance with those laws.

Bu Kanunun yürürlüğe girmesinden önce açılan davalarda, davanın açıldığı günde yürürlükte olan kanunlara göre işlemeye başlamış olan dava süreleri, o kanunlara göre tespit edilir.
