References made in other laws to the Expropriation Law (İstimlak Kanunu) or to certain of its articles shall be deemed to have been made to this Law or to the article or articles of this Law regulating the same matters.

Diğer kanunlarda İstimlak Kanununa veya belli maddelerine yapılan atıflar bu Kanuna veya bu Kanunun aynı konuları düzenleyen madde veya maddelerine yapılmış sayılır.
