The price, compensation, attorney's fees and litigation costs awarded by the courts under this Law shall be deposited, within thirty days from the date of notification, into the bank account number that the claimant or the claimant's attorney notifies in writing to the defendant administration. If payment is not made within this period, enforcement shall be carried out in accordance with the general provisions.
In enforcement proceedings to be initiated under this Law, if the administration requests a stay of enforcement pursuant to Article 36 of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004 dated 9/6/1932, the administration shall not be obliged to provide security.
Court and enforcement fees relating to decisions on price and compensation rendered in actions brought within the scope of this Law shall be determined as fixed fees, to be paid by the defendant administration.

Bu Kanun uyarınca mahkemelerce hükmedilen bedel, tazminat, vekâlet ücreti ve yargılama giderleri, davacının veya vekilinin davalı idareye yazılı şekilde bildireceği banka hesap numarasına, bu bildirim tarihinden itibaren, otuz gün içinde yatırılır. Bu süre içinde ödeme yapılmaması halinde, genel hükümler dairesinde icra olunur.
Bu Kanun uyarınca yapılacak icra takiplerinde idare, 9/6/1932 tarihli ve 2004 sayılı İcra ve İflas Kanununun 36 ncı maddesi uyarınca icranın geri bırakılmasını talep ederse idarenin teminat gösterme zorunluluğu yoktur.
Bu Kanun kapsamında açılan davalarda verilen bedel ve tazminat kararlarına ilişkin mahkeme ve icra harçları, davalı idare tarafından ödenmek üzere maktu olarak belirlenir.
