Each co-owner may enjoy and use the property in co-ownership to the extent compatible with the rights of the others.
In case of dispute, the judge shall determine the manner of enjoyment and use. This determination may also take the form of dividing the use of the property in co-ownership among the co-owners in terms of time or place.
Each co-owner may, on behalf of the other co-owners, ensure the protection of indivisible common interests.

MADDE 693 · 3. Yararlanma, kullanma ve koruma
Paydaşlardan her biri, diğerlerinin hakları ile bağdaştığı ölçüde paylı maldan yararlanabilir ve onu kullanabilir.
Uyuşmazlık hâlinde yararlanma ve kullanma şeklini hâkim belirler. Bu belirleme, paylı malın kullanılmasının zaman veya yer itibarıyla paydaşlar arasında bölünmesi biçiminde de olabilir.
Paydaşlardan her biri, bölünemeyen ortak menfaatlerin korunmasını diğer paydaşları temsilen sağlayabilir.
