Article 143: Commission of the offence at night

Book Two: Special Provisions › Part Two: Offences Against Persons › Chapter Ten: Offences against Property

(1) Where the offence of theft is committed at night, the penalty to be imposed shall be increased by one half.

(1) Hırsızlık suçunun gece vakti işlenmesi halinde, verilecek ceza yarı oranında artırılır.
