Work and transactions carried out according to the readjustment contribution share and public contribution share deductions calculated in parcellation plans that were approved by the relevant administration or competent institution before the date on which this article enters into force but whose registration procedures have not been completed shall be continued for a period of two years from the date on which this article enters into force.

Bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten önce, ilgili idare veya yetkili kurumca onaylanmış ancak tescil işlemi tamamlanmamış parselasyon planlarında hesaplanmış olan düzenleme ortaklık payı ve kamu ortaklık payı kesintilerine göre yürütülen iş ve işlemlere, bu maddenin yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten itibaren iki yıl süreyle devam edilir.
