(1) In the event of denial of data created with a secure electronic signature, if the judge has been unable to form an opinion after hearing the party denying the data, recourse shall be had to an expert examination.

MADDE 210 · Güvenli elektronik imzalı belgenin inkârı
(1) Güvenli elektronik imzayla oluşturulmuş verinin inkârı hâlinde, hâkim tarafından veriyi inkâr eden taraf dinlendikten sonra bir kanaate varılamamışsa, bilirkişi incelemesine başvurulur.
