A single management plan covering all of the buildings and areas within the scope of the mass housing development shall be drawn up. The management plan shall bind all condominium owners within the scope of the mass housing development. For the management plan to be amended, the vote of two thirds of the total number of independent sections represented by the members of the mass housing board of representatives shall be required.
The provisions of the management plan relating to interim management may be amended by the votes of two thirds of the owners of independent sections in the mass housing area.
Added paragraph: 7/5/2026, Law No. 7579, Art. 5 Provisions of management plans contrary to this Article shall not be applied.

MADDE 70 · Yönetim plânı ve değiştirilmesi

Toplu yapı kapsamındaki yapı ve yerler için tamamını kapsayan bir tek yönetim plânı düzenlenir. Yönetim plânı, toplu yapı kapsamındaki bütün kat maliklerini bağlar. Yönetim plânının değiştirilebilmesi için, toplu yapı temsilciler kurulu üyelerinin temsil ettikleri bağımsız bölümlerin tamsayısının üçte ikisinin oyu şarttır.
Geçici yönetimle ilgili yönetim plânı hükümleri, toplu yapı alanındaki bağımsız bölüm maliklerinin üçte ikisinin oylarıyla değiştirilebilir.
