Article 56: Invitation to leave Türkiye

Part Two: Foreigners › Chapter Four: Deportation

(1) Persons in respect of whom a removal decision has been taken shall be granted a period of not less than fifteen days and up to thirty days to leave Türkiye, provided that this is specified in the removal decision. However, this period shall not be granted to those who pose a risk of absconding or disappearing, those who violate the rules on legal entry or legal exit, those who use forged documents, those who attempt to obtain or are found to have obtained a residence permit with fraudulent documents, or those who pose a threat to public order, public security or public health.

(2) Persons granted a period to exit Türkiye shall be issued an Exit Permit Document. This document shall not be subject to any fee. Obligations relating to visa and residence fees and the penalties thereof are reserved.

MADDE 56 · Türkiye’yi terke davet

(1) Sınır dışı etme kararı alınanlara, sınır dışı etme kararında belirtilmek kaydıyla, Türkiye’yi terk edebilmeleri için on beş günden az olmamak üzere otuz güne kadar süre tanınır. Ancak, kaçma ve kaybolma riski bulunanlara, yasal giriş veya yasal çıkış kurallarını ihlal edenlere, sahte belge kullananlara, asılsız belgelerle ikamet izni almaya çalışanlara veya aldığı tespit edilenlere, kamu düzeni, kamu güvenliği veya kamu sağlığı açısından tehdit oluşturanlara bu süre tanınmaz.

(2) Türkiye’den çıkış için süre tanınan kişilere, Çıkış İzin Belgesi verilir. Bu belge hiçbir harca tabi değildir. Vize ve ikamet harçları ile bunların cezalarına ilişkin yükümlülükler saklıdır.
