Article 35: Drunkenness

Part Two: Various Misdemeanours

(1) A person who, while drunk, behaves in a manner that disturbs the peace and tranquillity of others shall be imposed an administrative fine of fifty Turkish Lira by law enforcement officers. The person shall, in addition, be kept under control until the effect of drunkenness wears off.

MADDE 35 · Sarhoşluk

(1) Sarhoş olarak başkalarının huzur ve sükununu bozacak şekilde davranışlarda bulunan kişiye, kolluk görevlileri tarafından elli Türk Lirası idarî para cezası verilir. Kişi, ayrıca sarhoşluğun etkisi geçinceye kadar kontrol altında tutulur.
