Article 32: Acting contrary to an order

Part Two: Various Misdemeanours

(1) A person who acts contrary to an order lawfully issued by the competent authorities for the purposes of judicial proceedings or for the protection of public security, public order or general health shall be imposed an administrative fine of one hundred Turkish Lira. This fine shall be decided by the authority that issued the order.

(2) This Article may be applied only in cases where there is an express provision in the relevant law.

(3) References made in other laws to Article 526 of the Turkish Criminal Code No. 765 dated 1.3.1926 shall be deemed to have been made to this Article.

MADDE 32 · Emre aykırı davranış

(1) Yetkili makamlar tarafından adlî işlemler nedeniyle ya da kamu güvenliği, kamu düzeni veya genel sağlığın korunması amacıyla, hukuka uygun olarak verilen emre aykırı hareket eden kişiye yüz Türk Lirası idarî para cezası verilir. Bu cezaya emri veren makam tarafından karar verilir.

(2) Bu madde, ancak ilgili kanunda açıkça hüküm bulunan hallerde uygulanabilir.

(3) 1.3.1926 tarihli ve 765 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanununun 526 ncı maddesine diğer kanunlarda yapılan yollamalar, bu maddeye yapılmış sayılır.
