Article 70: Refusal to act as expert, persons who may not be heard as experts

Part Three: Testimony, Expert Examination and Inspection › Chapter Two: Expert Examination

(1) The grounds that would justify refusal to testify shall also apply to experts. The expert may also refuse to give an opinion on other valid grounds.

MADDE 70 · Bilirkişilikten çekinme, bilirkişi olarak dinlenemeyenler

(1) Tanıklıktan çekinmeyi gerektirecek sebepler bilirkişiler hakkında da geçerlidir. Bilirkişi, geçerli diğer sebeplerle de görüş bildirmekten çekinebilir.
