Part Two: Special Obligational Relationships › Chapter Four: Lease Contract › Division Two: Leases of Residential Premises and Roofed Business Premises
In leases of residential premises and roofed business premises, unless otherwise provided in the contract or unless there is a local custom to the contrary, the lessee shall be obliged to bear usage costs such as heating, lighting and water.
The party bearing the costs shall be obliged to provide the other party, upon request, with a copy of each of the documents evidencing such costs.

MADDE 341 · C. Kullanma giderleri
Kiracı, konut ve çatılı işyeri kiralarında, sözleşmede aksi öngörülmemişse veya aksine yerel âdet yoksa, ısıtma, aydınlatma ve su gibi kullanma giderlerine katlanmakla yükümlüdür.
Giderlere katlanan taraf, bu giderleri ispat edici belgelerin birer örneğini, istem üzerine diğer tarafa vermek zorundadır.
