Article 511: IV. Liability of joint principals and joint agents

Part Two: Special Obligational Relationships › Chapter Nine: Mandate Relationships › Division One: Contract of Mandate

Persons who jointly grant a mandate to a person shall be jointly and severally liable towards the agent.

Persons who jointly undertake a mandate shall be jointly and severally liable for its performance and, unless they have the right to delegate their authority to others, may bind the principal only through acts and transactions carried out jointly.

MADDE 511 · IV. Birlikte vekâlet verenlerin ve birlikte vekillerin sorumluluğu

Bir kişiye birlikte vekâlet verenler, vekile karşı müteselsil olarak sorumludurlar.

Vekâleti birlikte üstlenenler, vekâletin ifasından müteselsil olarak sorumludurlar ve yetkilerini başkalarına devir hakları olmadıkça, vekâlet vereni, ancak birlikte yaptıkları fiil ve işlemleriyle borç altına sokabilirler.
