Chapter Three: Wages
If it is established that an employee using annual paid leave has worked in a paid job during the leave period, the wage paid to him or her for this leave period may be reclaimed by the employer.

Yıllık ücretli iznini kullanmakta olan işçinin izin süresi içinde ücret karşılığı bir işte çalıştığı anlaşılırsa, bu izin süresi içinde kendisine ödenen ücret işveren tarafından geri alınabilir.
