Chapter Three: Wages
No deduction whatsoever may be made from employees' wages on the grounds that the working hours applied in any kind of work have been lawfully reduced to lower limits, or that a statutory obligation incumbent upon the employer has been fulfilled, or on the basis of the application of any of the provisions of this Law.

MADDE 62 · Ücretten indirim yapılamayacak haller
Her türlü işte uygulanmakta olan çalışma sürelerinin yasal olarak daha aşağı sınırlara indirilmesi veya işverene düşen yasal bir yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi nedeniyle ya da bu Kanun hükümlerinden herhangi birinin uygulanması sonucuna dayanılarak işçi ücretlerinden her ne şekilde olursa olsun eksiltme yapılamaz.
