The employer shall prepare a personnel file for each employee it employs. In this file, the employer is obliged to keep, in addition to the employee's identity information, all kinds of documents and records that it is obliged to prepare pursuant to this Law and other laws, and to show them to the competent officials and authorities whenever requested.
The employer is obliged to use the information it obtains about the employee in accordance with the rules of good faith and the law, and not to disclose information in whose confidentiality the employee has a legitimate interest.

MADDE 75 · İşçi özlük dosyası
İşveren çalıştırdığı her işçi için bir özlük dosyası düzenler. İşveren bu dosyada, işçinin kimlik bilgilerinin yanında, bu Kanun ve diğer kanunlar uyarınca düzenlemek zorunda olduğu her türlü belge ve kayıtları saklamak ve bunları istendiği zaman yetkili memur ve mercilere göstermek zorundadır.
İşveren, işçi hakkında edindiği bilgileri dürüstlük kuralları ve hukuka uygun olarak kullanmak ve gizli kalmasında işçinin haklı çıkarı bulunan bilgileri açıklamamakla yükümlüdür.
