In parks with a total surface area exceeding 2,500 square metres, an allocation of land may be made by the competent administration or the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, upon the request of the Ministry of Health, for the construction of emergency health services stations, healthy living centres and family health centres, without setting aside an equivalent area and without amending the zoning plan.
The allocation shall be made in the amount of the surface area requested by the Ministry of Health, such that the size of the area allocated for the health facilities to be built does not exceed twice the footprint area, provided that, in parks with a surface area from 2,500 square metres up to 5,000 square metres, the dimensions of temporary structures are not exceeded and, in parks exceeding 5,000 square metres, the footprint area does not exceed 250 square metres, the number of storeys does not exceed 2 and the building height does not exceed 7.50 metres.
Places allocated under this Article and buildings constructed for this purpose may not be transferred and may not be used for any other purpose. Where these places are transferred or used contrary to the purpose of allocation, the allocation made shall be revoked.

Toplam yüz ölçümü 2.500 metrekareden büyük parklarda eşdeğer alan ayrılmaksızın ve imar planı değişikliği yapılmadan acil sağlık hizmetleri istasyonu, sağlıklı hayat merkezi ve aile sağlığı merkezi yapılması için Sağlık Bakanlığının talebi üzerine yetkili idare veya Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı tarafından yer tahsisi yapılabilir.
Tahsis işlemi; yüz ölçümü 2.500 metrekareden 5.000 metrekareye kadar olan parklarda muvakkat yapı ölçülerini aşmamak, 5.000 metrekareden büyük parklarda ise 250 metrekare taban alanı, kat adedi 2 ve bina yüksekliği 7,50 metreden fazla olmamak kaydıyla yapılacak sağlık tesisleri için tahsis edilen alan büyüklüğü, taban alanının iki katını geçmeyecek şekilde Sağlık Bakanlığınca talep edilen yüz ölçümü kadar yapılır.
Bu madde kapsamında tahsis edilen yerler ile bu amaçla inşa edilen binalar devredilemez ve başka bir amaçla kullanılamaz. Bu yerlerin devredilmesi veya tahsis edilen amaca aykırı kullanılması halinde yapılan tahsis kaldırılır.
