Chapter Six: Provisions Relating to the Bosphorus Law No. 2960
In the implementation of improvement zoning plans prepared and approved under Law No. 2981, municipalities within municipal and adjacent areas, and governorships outside them, are authorised to determine the conditions and forms relating to the issuance of construction permits.

2981 sayılı Kanuna göre düzenlenmiş ve tasdik edilmiş olan ıslah imar planlarının uygulanmasında, inşaat ruhsatı verilmesine ilişkin şart ve şekilleri tespite, belediye ve mücavir alanlar içinde belediyeler, dışında valilikler yetkilidir.
