Movable property shall be put up for sale by the collection offices, and in villages by the councils of elders, within three months from the third day following the date of attachment.
The conversion into money of property which cannot be preserved due to deterioration, rotting and similar causes, or which is likely to suffer a significant decrease in value if kept, may be commenced immediately.

Menkul mallar tahsil dairelerince, köylerde ihtiyar kurullarınca haciz yapıldığı tarihin üçüncü gününden itibaren üç ay içinde satışa çıkarılır.
Bozulma, çürüme ve benzeri sebeplerle muhafazasına imkan olmıyan veyahut beklediği takdirde mühim bir değer düşüklüğüne uğraması muhtemel bulunan malların paraya çevrilmesine derhal başlanabilir.
