Article 93

Part One: General Principles › Chapter One: Scope of the Law, terms, officers charged and competent persons

The creditor collection office shall announce the sale of immovable property, provided that the announcement begins at least 15 days before the auction date. The general principles concerning the place, duration and forms of announcements shall be determined by the Ministry of Finance.

The announcement shall indicate the place, day and time at which the sale will take place and the condition and characteristics of the immovable property to be sold.

A copy of the announcement shall be served on the debtor, on the debtor's attorney or representative, and on those persons whose rights are registered in the land register of the immovable property and whose addresses are known.

MADDE 93

Alacaklı tahsil dairesi gayrimenkul satışını, artırma tarihinden en az 15 gün önce başlamak şartiyle ilan eder. İlanların yer, müddet ve şekillerine ait umumi esaslar Maliye Vekaletince tayin olunur.

İlanda, satışın yapılacağı yer, gün, saat ve satılacak gayrimenkulün durumu ile vasıfları gösterilir.

İlanın birer örneği, borçluya, vekil veya mümessiline ve gayrimenkulün tapu sicilinde hakkı kayıtlı bulunanlardan adresi belli olanlara tebliğ olunur.
