The collection office shall draw up, for the immovable property to be sold, a specification of terms containing the following particulars:
1. The name, surname and address of the owner of the immovable property,
2. The neighbourhood, street and door number where the immovable property is located, its condition and its special characteristics,
3. The market value of the immovable property assessed as the basis for the auction,
4. The amount of the security at the rate of 7.5%,
5. The necessary information concerning pledges on the immovable property that have not yet fallen due, and a statement that the sale shall be made together with the easements, land charges, mortgages, mortgage bonds and annuity bonds on the immovable property,
6. A statement that, if there are matured debts secured by pledge of the immovable property, they shall not be transferred to the purchaser but shall be paid preferentially out of the sale price,
7. Which expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

MADDE 92
Tahsil dairesi, satılacak gayrimenkul için aşağıdaki kayıtları ihtiva eden bir şartname tanzim eder:
1. Gayrimenkul malikinin adı, soyadı ve adresi,
2. Gayrimenkulün bulunduğu mahalle, sokak ve kapı numarası, durumu ve hususi vasıfları,
3. Gayrimenkulün artırmaya esas olarak biçilen rayiç değeri,
4. % 7,5 nispetindeki teminat tutarı,
5. Gayrimenkul üzerindeki henüz vadesi gelmemiş rehinler hakkında gerekli bilgilerle, satışın, gayrimenkul üzerindeki irtifak hakları, gayrimenkul mükellefiyetleri, ipotekler, ipotekli borç senetleri, irat senetleriyle birlikte yapılacağı,
6. Gayrimenkulün rehni suretiyle sağlanmış muaccel borçlar varsa bunların müşteriye devredilmeyip satış bedelinden tercihan ödeneceği,
7. Ne gibi giderlerin alıcıya ait olacağı.
