Article 56

Part One: General Principles › Chapter One: Scope of the Law, terms, officers charged and competent persons

Where a public receivable against which security has been provided is not paid on its due date, the debtor shall be notified that the debt must be paid within 15 days, failing which the security shall be converted into money or compulsory collection shall be continued by other means. If the debt is not paid within 15 days, the security shall be converted into money in accordance with the provisions of this Law and the public receivable collected.

MADDE 56

Karşılığında teminat gösterilmiş bulunan amme alacağı vadesinde ödenmediği takdirde, borcun 15 gün içinde ödenmesi, aksi halde teminatın paraya çevrileceği veya diğer şekillerle cebren tahsile devam olunacağı borçluya bildirilir. 15 gün içinde borç ödenmediği takdirde teminat bu kanun hükümlerine göre paraya çevrilerek amme alacağı tahsil edilir.
